If you have a child that’s into fairy tale princesses, you can’t miss out on this event at the Royal Tea and Treatery. Tickets are $25 per person and includes a meet and greet experience with photo sessions, interactive storytelling, a sing a long and performances, princess themed games, optional glitter makeup, an autograph signing and an etiquette session. Coffee, tea, cupcakes, cookies, and finger sandwiches will be available for purchase here. There’s only a limited number of tickets available, so be sure to hurry if you want to be a part of this event.

From 9:00 to 9:45, yoga will be led by a certified instructor in the private garden at Ranchos Los Cerritos. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced yogi, you’ll have a great time gently exercising outdoors with the family. The session is $10 for adults and $5 for children. You also have the option to buy a season pass for the six week series. You are required to bring your own yoga mat or beach towel for anybody participating.
Kids World Fest

Kids World Fest is a free event at The Source OC that’s happening from 1PM to 4PM. If your children are interested in crafts, there will be a ton of workshops Lucky Diaz and the Family Jam Band, a Grammy and Emmy Award winning bad will be performing! There will also be a fun, interactive Hip Hop dance class hosted by WeBreak. That’s not all, there will also be a magic show and balloon artist present here.
T4A Autism Awareness Fair

This Autism Awareness Fair is organized by Thinkers 4 Autism, a non profit entity raising funds to provide local families with services. The event takes place inside of the Gahr High School Gym from 10AM to 2PM. It’s a fantastic event to support because it’s truly helping a great cause. There will be a silent auction, raffles with great prizes, games, vendors, and live music at this event.
Mother and Son Dance

Mother and Son dances are classic events that always leave you with precious memories to look back on. The event begins at 4PM with a red carpet where you can participate in a photo opportunity. There’s also a photo booth on site, so there are plenty of opportunities to get a great photograph for the family. Tickets are $20 for adults and $5 for children which includes your dinner and refreshments. Raffle tickets will be sold for those interested in participating in the giveaways.
Great Big Family Play Day

This is the fifth annual Great Big Family Play Day put on by SoCalMoms. It’s located at the Autry at Griffith Park across from the LA Zoo, and it goes on from 9AM to 5PM. General admission tickets are $5 before the day of the event and $10 afterward. There will be carnival rides like a mega slide, climbing wall, kiddie swings, euro bungee, trackless train and a smaller slide. There will be hydration and sunscreen stations as well as food and dessert trucks accompanying over 100 local brands and businesses. You don’t want to miss the Princess Sing-A-Long or the Kids Fashion Show!

This is a two day pop up installation at the Magic Box. It is centered around children’s fashion, but it also focuses on experiences, devices, learning tools, and interactivity. It runs from 11AM to 7PM on both days, and tickets range from $10 to $200 based on the package that you choose. They pride themselves on the social, entertaining shopping experience they’ve created. There’s a lot to take in here, so be sure to consider checking it out with the family. You never know what type of goodies you might come across!
